Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled departure are subject to a cancellation fee, in accordance with the respective airline’s policy.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may not be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility in such cases will depend on the airline’s specific terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
Eligible refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of the request.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political disruptions, refund processing will follow the terms and conditions of our airline and service partners.
Itinerary Change Policy
Itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
All change requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to departure to be considered.
No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to show up for the scheduled trip without notifying us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Special Booking Terms
