Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through SkydealFares are subject to the cancellation and refund policies set forth by the respective airlines. These policies may vary depending on the airline, fare class, and route.

Cancellation Policy

  • Certain airline tickets are non-refundable as per the airline’s terms and conditions.
  • Bookings can be cancelled via the Customer Support section on our website. Step-by-step instructions are provided to guide you through the process.
  • We also accept cancellation requests via phone or email.
  • In addition to airline-imposed cancellation fees, SkydealFares charges a service fee per person, per sector for each cancellation request.
  • Cancellation requests submitted online, by email, or over the phone will be processed. SkydealFares will not be liable to honor or compensate any cancellations made through unauthorized channels (e.g., social media, third-party messaging apps).
  • For e-tickets, if the cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to departure, you must contact the airline directly.
  • To cancel a booking within 24 hours of purchase, you must call our customer support team. Requests made through other methods during this period will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, surcharges, and other fees at the time of travel.
  • Changes to flight dates and times are subject to airline approval and availability.

Refund Policy

  • If a change is made to an existing booking, fare differences (if any) must be paid by the customer. If the new fare is lower, the difference is not refundable, and rebooking fees may apply.
  • SkydealFares reserves the right to cancel any booking and withhold refunds if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of our offers or services.
  • For any refund or compensation, please contact SkydealFares directly. Airlines will not process refunds for bookings made through our platform.
  • If you cancel directly with the airline, you must inform SkydealFares in writing and provide valid documentation to begin the refund process. Please notify us within 48 hours of the cancellation.
  • In-flight meals are non-refundable unless the flight itself is cancelled by the airline.
  • In cases where a ticket has been partially used or cancelled, any applied coupon codes or discounts will be deducted from the final refund amount.
